Ciorba de loboda - Loboda Soup
A kind of soup made with fresh spring herbs (kind of red leafs -"loboda", green onion, green garlic, lovage leafs) and fresh milk whey. A seasonal soup, cheap, simple but healthy and full of flavor, very common in the spring months of April and May.
